Lots of positive national and international tests from different nautical publications in 2005 followed by the icing on the cake with selection as Boat of the Year.

The flagship from C-Yacht is the biggest yacht that has so far been built at the yard. The almost seventy year experience of the yard, the most modern building techniques and the drive for quality with the highest quality materials absolutely assures the place of the 1250 in the top part of its class.
Best selected teak
The interior of the C-Yacht 1250 is made with the best teak selection in our own carpentry shop using CNC shaping followed by hand finishing. The spacious, airy interior can be equipped with two heads/showers giving more privacy for its occupants.

The C-Yacht 1250 has been developed together with a customer forum and is built by and for sailors. Lots of 1250 sailors have explored the oceans and many international waters with their boat. The expertise and experience of these sailors is used to improve and enhance the 1250: numerous details of the boat are well thought out and practical. And it is just these details that define the character of the boat.

Safe, fast and comfortable
The C-Yacht 1250 has the signature of top designer Frans Maas to be fast, safe and, above all, comfortable to sail. This wolf in sheep's clothing is designed following the latest technological developments. The hull shape is characterized by a very deep V-section at the bow which extends as far as the keel. The slender waterline, low wetted surface area, the modern design of rudder, keel and rig makes this boat safe and fast under all circumstances.
Revolutionary ballast ratio
The design of the 1250 is unique in several ways, but the ballast ratio is totally revolutionary. The boat is fitted as standard with a lead keel giving more than 41% ballast ratio. The keel is mounted in a very rigid keel box. Because the combination of keel box, inner shell and oversized floor frames act as a composite frame, this boat is very rigid. The entire hull and deck are made of vinylester using a sandwich construction. Vinylester resin is a lot stronger than old-fashioned polyester and ensures that osmosis is prevented.
Simple and functional
The deck layout reflects the C-Yacht philosophy: simple and functional The ease of use of the well-positioned controls allows this boat to be sailed by a small crew. The over-sized Andersen winches with a German Main Sheet System provide good trimming even in difficult conditions.
