Automatically generated data

In order to optimise performance of the website, automatically generated information about your use of the website is collected and processed. Optimisation of service provision consists, amongst other things, of technical adjustments, so that, for example, pages are displayed properly and the website is secured.

The information that is collected consists of the type of device (computer, mobile, tablet) that you are using, your IP address (your device’s number that makes it possible to recognise your device), the type of browser, the operating system that you are using, the pages that you visit on the website and the items that you view. In addition, we keep a record of the host name associated with the IP address, the login session data and selected values.

If you want to make changes to the data that you have seen as a consequence of your access request, you can request this using the above-mentioned e-mail address. You can request that C-Yacht B.V. modify, rectify, supplement, delete or restrict your data. C-Yacht B.V. will respond to your request within four (4) weeks. If C-Yacht B.V. refuses to comply with your request, it will state in its reply why the request for data to be amended was refused.
